Payables Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and manage the Kofax system while utilizing Hornbill for internal queries to support efficient financial operations.
• Oversee the accounts payable shared inbox for external inquiries, handle consolidated invoices, and manage match exceptions to maintain accuracy.
• Assist with standing orders and direct debits, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded and processed correctly.

Requirements:

• Possess current, in-depth, hands-on working knowledge of NetSuite or Oracle/SAP to effectively manage accounts payable tasks.
• Demonstrate understanding and experience of the accounts payable function, coupled with strong IT skills including all Microsoft packages.
• Ability to work and manage with competing priorities, taking ownership and responsibility for own work while supporting suppliers and internal stakeholders.
