Provide 2nd level support for Unix server-side applications and assist application administrators.
Plan and coordinate application version upgrades, migrations, and operating system changes.
Manage ITIL processes (incident, change, problem) throughout the application lifecycle.

Requirements:

Ongoing IT studies and active student status with at least 20 hours per week.
Intermediate active German and basic English knowledge.
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and in teams.

Advantages:

Theoretical knowledge of server/client/network architectures.
Experience with middleware such as Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic, JBOSS, Apache.
Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL processes.
