Client Director

The Client Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets. They will accomplish this through the deployment of PEXA's innovative services with all UK mortgage lending banks, overseeing all commercial activities with lenders. The role involves leading sales activity with assigned Tier 1 and Tier 2 lenders, defining strategy, mapping relationships, and ensuring internal advocacy and support. This role focuses on new business revenue from UK lenders of all sizes, with a bias towards Tier 1 lenders, where leadership of the sales effort is required. The role also entails establishing relationships with partners that enable customer base growth, including contract negotiation and deal execution. The Client Director will inspire and motivate junior team members, support company growth, develop go-to-market plans, and foster strong customer relationships.
