The Role:
- Analyse tender requirements, summarising them for the bid team and subject matter experts.
- Coordinate and manage all tasks to complete each tender, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Write clear and compliant responses to tender questions, leveraging bid library content.
Ongoing Improvement:
- Extract reusable content from completed tenders into the EMEA Bid Library.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain up-to-date bid materials.
- Build product knowledge to strengthen bid outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support complex RFIs, due diligence requests, and buyer audits.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of bid processes.
