Insurity is seeking a Manager, QA to lead the Quality Assurance team supporting bureau content for Policy Administration System.
The role drives clear priorities, consistent QA practices, and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing QA team.
Establish and improve QA practices including test strategy, automation, and quality metrics.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver reliable outcomes.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of QA or software testing experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop QA team members with strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience with functional/system testing, automation, and QA metrics; P&C insurance industry experience preferred.
