As a Senior Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the strategy, design, analysis and administration of Harbor’s global compensation programs, including base salary, bonus compensation and incentives, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about building a sophisticated and comprehensive HR infrastructure and Total Rewards program in a high growth entrepreneurial environment that feels like a start-up but at scale and with the stability of an established business. Responsibilities include compensation data management, pay gap analyses, job architecture maintenance, market analysis, compensation software utilization, and ensuring compliance with global compensation regulations.
