Our pre-sales team is a group of highly driven individuals dedicated to closing experience gaps. As a Solution Engineer, you will provide pre-sales technical and functional support, solution strategy, and specialist knowledge to prospective clients and customers. You will be responsible for providing direction and applying the technology to the customer's organization, as well as developing and delivering high-quality presentations and product demonstrations. This role involves designing, validating, and presenting Qualtrics software solutions, including advanced product concepts and future directions. The team is known for its collaborative spirit and a strong desire to learn, positively impacting the lives of customers. The mission is to support the sales team and Qualtrics in achieving sales targets by conveying confidence to the customer and demonstrating the value of the technology.
