Senior Software Engineer - Partner

About the Role:

• You'll work on products that support every stage of the partner journey, from onboarding to lead management.
• You'll have the opportunity to shape new initiatives while improving existing experiences through experimentation.
• You'll join one of the Partner engineering teams, building platforms and services that power our Partner proposition.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement complex technical solutions aligned with our strategy.
• Own large technical features from design to completion, making well-informed trade-offs.
• Teach our culture and mentor engineers via pairing and code reviews.

What We're Looking For:

• A senior backend-focused engineer who enjoys building scalable platforms and solving complex business problems.
• Experience with Go, Postgres, Kafka, and Kubernetes for distributed systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
