Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide thoughtful, personalized customer support across email, live chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with orders, shipping, returns, subscriptions, and account needs.
- Resolve concerns with care, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented approach.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of customer experience, preferably in ecommerce or beauty.
- Experience with POS, CRM, and systems like Gladly and Shopify.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
Additional Notes:
- This is a part-time seasonal position from October 2026 to mid-January 2027.
- Flexible availability required, including weekends and holidays.
- The hourly rate is $22 per hour, determined by experience and location.
