Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary relationship owner for client accounts, maintaining clear and timely communication.
  • Build long-term relationships by understanding strategic objectives and customizing support.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, flag risks, and propose solutions to enhance experience.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer experience, coaching, consulting, or account management.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot or Go High Level, Slack, Calendly, and Zapier.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with a confident and positive tone.

Work Environment:

  • Fully remote position, must work U.S. Eastern Time, Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM EST.
  • Reports to executive leadership in a fast-paced, supportive team.
