Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary relationship owner for client accounts, maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Build long-term relationships by understanding strategic objectives and customizing support.
- Monitor client satisfaction, flag risks, and propose solutions to enhance experience.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in customer experience, coaching, consulting, or account management.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot or Go High Level, Slack, Calendly, and Zapier.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, with a confident and positive tone.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote position, must work U.S. Eastern Time, Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM EST.
- Reports to executive leadership in a fast-paced, supportive team.
