Role Overview:

  • Maintain accurate client documentation across Salesforce, Asana, Google Suite, and AI tools.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to share client insights and improve offerings.
  • Work with third-party partners like consultants and eligibility vendors as needed.
