Role Overview:
- Manage a portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market clients as their point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by communicating Headspace's value and troubleshooting issues.
- Monitor client health and risk, proactively identifying opportunities to deepen engagement.
Client Lifecycle:
- Partner with clients on onboarding, adoption strategies, and renewals to ensure measurable value.
- Support contract renewals and expansions, guiding pricing and partnership decisions.
- Provide regular reporting demonstrating the impact and value delivered for employees.
Collaboration and Tools:
- Maintain accurate client documentation across Salesforce, Asana, Google Suite, and AI tools.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to share client insights and improve offerings.
- Work with third-party partners like consultants and eligibility vendors as needed.
