Responsibilities:
- Utilize HubSpot to resolve client tickets and iterate on response channels.
- Help develop emails and canned responses for high-quality communication.
- Train clients and support Client Success Managers.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong commitment to progressive values and 1-2 cycles of organizing experience.
- Knowledge of texting/dialing tools and telephony industry.
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Drive, email ticketing, and CRM software.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $70,000 annualized base salary, non-negotiable.
- Ten paid holidays, two floating holidays, vacation days, and sick days.
- Full-time remote role with company-provided computer.
