Job Description

As a strategic seller, this person will be responsible for driving strategy and revenue growth across the largest Holding Companies and Agencies in Central and Eastern Europe.  You will engage with client teams throughout the organisation including senior leadership, planners and buyers, traders, technology, data and operation teams. You will work collaboratively with leadership to educate and evangelise IAS's capabilities in order to drive revenue. You will be responsible for all revenue coming from polish agencies and advertisers and will be expected to retain and grow this revenue each year. The role is based in either Hamburg or Berlin with the expectation of frequent travel to Warsaw. Build and develop strategic relationships with key agencies and brands and their respective Digital teams including Programmatic and Social in the Polish market. Identify and drive net new revenue opportunities with a main focus on local Polish brands. Regularly deliver one to many scaled engagement sessions, effectively presenting and communicating the IAS value proposition.
