Onboarding & Enablement Specialist

The Onboarding & Enablement Specialist will run the new hire experience from employee day one through their first year anniversary, with the majority of support for the first 90 days. The role will combine human connection with AI-powered efficiency to deliver a scalable, high-touch onboarding journey that fosters engagement, skill readiness, and long-term retention. They will deliver impactful onboarding programs by facilitating live and virtual sessions, coordinating welcome experiences, and ensuring alignment with company culture, values, and role expectations. They will leverage AI to enhance program management through automated scheduling, personalized communications, creation of learning resources and experiences, and generating onboarding analytics.
