As a Sponsorship Business Development Representative (BDR) you will identify and qualify a wide range of sports organizations for sponsorship opportunities by our Brand partners. You'll be researching youth sports organizations that match our target profile, conduct a high volume of outreach with email, phone, social media, etc., qualifying them as candidates for sponsorships, and introducing them to our Onboarding team. You'll work within our varied tools and systems to maintain high quality prospect and customer data and record and track all contact activities, and participate in campaign planning and reviews with various team members to ensure the pipeline of qualified sports orgs meet our Brand partner needs.
TeamSnap is committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $48,000, inclusive of base and commission, with comp updated based on multiple factors. TeamSnap is a fully remote company.
