Cloud Support Administrator

Networking & Security:

• Manage network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and implement policy-based routing and load balancing.
• Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and SOC.

Azure Expertise & Incident Management:

• Minimum 3 years of Azure Cloud support experience; AZ-104 certification required within 90 days.
• Act as an escalation point for technicians, resolving high-priority incidents and managing service requests.
• Configure monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery for customer infrastructure.

Automation & Infrastructure:

• Implement automation using PowerShell, Bicep, and CI/CD practices for infrastructure provisioning.
• Manage and administer Windows & Linux servers, plus hypervisors like Hyper-V and VMware.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code templates using Bicep for consistent deployments.
