About the Role:
- This role leads the Clinical Engineering group, responsible for apps and clinical systems used by clinicians.
- It enables rapid, safe launches of new treatments and improves clinical excellence.
- The Director translates clinical strategy into a scalable technical vision.
You Will:
- Set strategic direction and operational plans for Clinical Engineering, with goals for launch readiness, quality, and safety.
- Lead and develop engineering managers and senior individuals, promoting a high-accountability culture.
- Partner with Clinical, Product, and Pharmacy to ensure alignment with business and patient-safety priorities.
