National Admissions Intern

Assist with prospective learner interviews, the planning of various Admissions/Enrollment events, such as Kick-Off/Orientation and observe and shadow multiple members of the National Admissions team as well as the local Admissions teams. It includes outreach to applicants/learners, as well as track and provide outreach to internal referrals Resolve form errors for learners in Hubspot and Form Assembly and candidate and learner data management working in our Salesforce, HubSpot, and Form Assembly platform, including auditing learner documentation, data entry (assessments, pre-work and interviews). You will cultivate professional and effective communication channels with Per Scholas staff, candidates, and key community stakeholders, fostering strong and lasting partnerships. Regularly convene with key Recruitment and Admissions Team stakeholders to strategize and align on shared objectives and to support content development for various ongoing Admissions projects as needed.
