Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial intake to onboarding new hires.
• Source candidates through various channels like Lever (ATS), job boards, and community events.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews, guiding hiring managers through offer stages.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Requires 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house or within the cannabis sector.
• Must be proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and using job boards effectively.
• Strong project management abilities to independently manage hiring events and campaigns.
