Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial intake to onboarding new hires.
- Source candidates through various channels like Lever (ATS), job boards, and community events.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews, guiding hiring managers through offer stages.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Requires 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house or within the cannabis sector.
- Must be proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and using job boards effectively.
- Strong project management abilities to independently manage hiring events and campaigns.
