Job Description
As Strategic Sales Director, your primary responsibility is to support a national sales leader in annual revenue growth through sales of Personify Health’s best-in-class TPA and health solution services. This is a high impact, quota carrying sales position contributing to the overall success of the company. In this role you have the opportunity to learn TPA sales under the guidance of our top national sales leader with a defined path of growth to regional territory assignment based on success.
Under the direction of the national sales leader, work with broker/consultant advisors and their self-funded employer clients (including c-suite level contacts) to initiate, manage and close sales of Personify Health solutions. Support strategic plans to maximize revenue through new business development initiatives and further develop our network and ancillary lines; identify opportunity targets, formulate, and deploy plans to engage appropriate internal and external stakeholders to successful build and execute business cases and maximize revenue.
