Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative at Leonardo.Ai, you'll be at the forefront of redefining how creative teams discover, adopt, and scale the power of generative AI. Your role is more than pipeline generation: you’ll introduce Leonardo’s cutting-edge platform to innovative companies across gaming, media, advertising, and beyond, helping them unlock new creative possibilities and operational efficiency. Partnering closely with our Business Development and Success teams, you’ll drive strategic outreach, uncover real customer needs, and shape the early stages of the customer journey. You will lead thoughtful discovery conversations that uncover real customer pain points, ambitions, and workflows, and collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and Account Executives to share insights and smoothly hand off qualified opportunities that convert. This role will also help design and refine our outbound engine by contributing to scalable playbooks and evolving our sales development strategy, and keep your pipeline clean and high-converting by actively managing leads and activity in Hubspot and using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Breeze, and Birdie.
