Senior Market Operations Analyst

Your Role:

• Own the operational success of strategic markets at a moment when stakes have never been higher.
• Absorb new responsibilities from the Energy Markets team and drive expansion of BYOC business across MISO and PJM.

Your Responsibilities:

• Execute or coordinate availability, offers, data collection, performance calculations, and all enrollment and post-event deadlines.
• Deliver high-stakes analyses that shape revenue and competitive positioning in your markets.
• Lead build-out of new programs and product capabilities, including OR/PR for batteries and SPP launches.

What Success Looks Like:

• Achieve an always-on standard of no compliance violations or lost revenue from process errors.
• Meet project-based goals scoped individually, with clear definition of scoring 3 out of 5 or higher.
• Grow quickly into leading larger initiatives and mentoring junior analysts.
