Job Description
Manage a portfolio of accounts primarily based in EMEA, build and strengthen executive and operational relationships within customer organizations. Ensure growth in customer product utilization, adoption, and retention. Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, from developers to executives. Ensure the timely, successful delivery of Veriff services across all stages of the customer journey. Proactively resolve escalations, manage issues transparently, and maintain customer trust. Provide clear, data-driven updates to internal and external stakeholders. Partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineers, Product and support teams to close the feedback loop and influence product development Representing Veriff to our customers.
