Job Description
The Sales Director will lead an International Sales team for all activity in relation to the NiCE suite of AML, Fraud and Case Management software applications and associated solutions. The Sales Director role will report to VP of Sales, EMEA within NiCE Actimize.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leading and motivating a sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and maintain required pipeline of sales opportunities, developing teams capabilities to a higher level of consultative selling and develop associated operational disciplines and structure & developing and implementing the sales plan for the Regional business. The role also includes managing an international territory directly across EMEA, engaging sales leadership, account teams, and other internal company resources in defining and implementing sales strategy to maximise client engagement and business success across the region
