Job Description

Strategy & Roadmap:

-Partner with the Director of Enterprise, EMEA to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

-Re-model the enterprise sales process in EMEA to align with a regional sales structure.

-Ensure scalability and effectiveness.

Pipeline Development:

-Collaborate cross-functionally to build out a robust pipeline generation program.

-Implement a pipeline inspection methodology.

-Ensure a high-quality funnel is built and progressed effectively.

Team Leadership and Management:

-Expand and develop the Enterprise Sales teams focused on sales in the UK & Ireland + 1 other EMEA region.

-Include hiring, onboarding, career development, and performance management of direct reports.

-Implement processes and provide consistent coaching to ensure team efficiency and goal achievement.
