- Handle customer requests via chat, email, and occasionally phone.
- Conduct technical diagnostics to resolve issues.
- Identify patterns and trends in technical issues.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of Technical Support experience.
- Good networking knowledge.
- Experience with SQL.
