The Account Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring our health plan partners experience exceptional service delivery that exceeds contractual requirements and strategic objectives. This role combines relationship ownership with business development acumen, requiring someone who thrives in driving revenue growth, cultivating long-term partnerships, and identifying scalable opportunities across our health plan portfolio.
Account Managers will take full ownership of multiple health plan relationships simultaneously, serving as both the primary relationship steward and growth catalyst for these strategic partnerships. The Account Manager will report to the Head of Payer Contracting & Strategy and will be responsible for health plan relationship ownership and strategic partnership development, contract and program performance optimization, performance analytics and strategic reporting, issue resolution and operational excellence, and cross-functional growth leadership.
