Licensed Claims Insurance Representative

Overview:

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, managing inbound and outbound communications with professional excellence.
• Efficiently resolve inquiries using web-based tools to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for first notice of loss auto insurance claims, documenting claims for customers.
• Assist customers with setting up repairs and rentals and communicate with medical and law professionals.
• Help customers follow up on previously submitted claims and work closely with adjusters.

Qualifications:

• Possess an active home state Adjuster Insurance License and High School Diploma.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience and typing speed of 25 wpm.
• Comfortable with Windows-based systems and ability to work remotely.
