Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR consultation to service lines and system leadership, embedding HR strategy into business planning.
- Design and implement HR initiatives aligned with system priorities and operational objectives.
- Foster a culture of inclusion, belonging, and accountability across assigned areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HRBP or related experience supporting senior leaders.
- Strong business acumen, data analysis, and change management skills.
