What You'll Actually Do:
- Create and edit Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs), restatements, and benefit summaries.
- Assess client intent and review internal documentation.
- Respond to inquiries regarding plan provisions.
What You Bring to Our Team:
- English proficiency and associate's degree or equivalent.
- Good writing, editing, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Federal Health Care Laws preferred.
