Director of Engineering

As the Director of Engineering you will lead large teams of managers and software engineers (30+) delivering cross-functional projects, building high-performing engineering teams and mentoring leaders. You'll align engineering initiatives with business goals, guiding teams working on mission-critical projects and scaling impactful solutions. You'll provide strategic leadership for billing growth by defining a roadmap for pricing experiments, promotions, gift cards, trials and MSP tools. You will own the Channel Partnerships platform end to end, designing channel-specific billing pipelines, revenue share models and invoicing dashboards. You will support and set the strategic direction for teams delivering software, grow technical contributors and managers, and work closely with product, design, and other teams to create an engaging technical vision. To succeed, you'll need to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and make judgment calls on complex initiatives.
