- You will own relationships with a portfolio of printers across the United States.
- You will work closely with printers to ensure every order moves through production successfully.
What You'll Do:
- Build long-term relationships with printers through regular performance calls and communication.
- Coordinate production timelines and resolve order delays before they impact customers.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Tech teams to resolve issues.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1.5 years of experience in operations, vendor management, or supply chain.
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
