Printer Relationship Management Associate

Vendor Relationship Management:

• Build long-term partnerships with printer/production partners through regular monthly calls and day-to-day communication.
• Support vendors with operational, production, and logistics questions to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Drive accountability while maintaining strong working relationships and improving performance.

Order & Production Management:

• Coordinate production timelines and resolve delays before they affect customers.
• Reallocate orders to prevent overloading printers and manage emergency shutdowns.
• Ensure timely garment procurement from suppliers and inventory availability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Tech teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Keep internal teams and external stakeholders updated on production changes impacting customers.
• Share feedback to improve vendor experience and operational efficiency.

Process Improvement:

• Identify recurring operational issues and recommend long-term solutions.
• Find automation opportunities to make workflows more scalable.
• Lead projects that enhance team performance and vendor experience.
