- Act as direct supervisor for 30 Assistants and 2 Specialists, hosting regular check-ins and one-on-ones to provide performance feedback.
- Manage real-time phone queues and workforce adherence, adjusting resources to handle volume spikes.
- Ensure team alignment with technical guidelines and policy updates through collaboration with Print Quality Supervisor.
Team Development:
- Support seasonal onboarding and nesting, guiding staff through technical hurdles and reinforcing productivity goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability and high morale via Slack and real-time channels during peak periods.
- Step in to handle critical customer situations and complex print issues, turning them into learning opportunities.
Data & Reporting:
- Monitor case data in Salesforce to identify recurring trends in print, design, or order issues.
- Produce regular performance updates on coaching wins, quality metrics, and CSAT ratings.
- Surface insights to leadership for process improvement.
