Associate Peer Review Operations Specialist

Role Summary:

• The Associate Peer Review Operations Specialist maintains efficient peer review workflows and ensures high vendor performance standards.
• This role enforces turnaround time benchmarks, upholds contributor experience, and seeks continuous quality improvement.
• Reporting to the Peer Review Operations Manager, this position works collaboratively with international colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Manage submissions to ensure timely peer review, address escalated queries, and identify workflow inefficiencies.
• Troubleshoot persistent issues, provide expertise, and propose data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Serve as daily liaison with vendors, monitor quality and timeliness, and contribute to operations projects.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, with ability to work under tight deadlines and independently.
