Generate apparel and promotional product quotes using V4 Quoter, validating mandatory inputs and checking inventory.
Evaluate production feasibility and determine supported timelines (Standard, Guaranteed, Expedited, Flash).
Coordinate with printers and suppliers for rush orders and pricing.

Requirements:

At least 1.5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Sales Operations, or Logistics.
Relevant experience in quotations and pricing is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.

Success Metrics:

Evaluated based on quoting accuracy, timeline accuracy, SLA adherence, QA scores, and Freshdesk ticket quality.
Margin compliance and stakeholder feedback from Sales and Operations.
Contribution towards process documentation and continuous improvement.
