Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement for custom apparel: create and release purchase orders, coordinate with garment manufacturers, and track production and delivery.
  • Negotiate and confirm pricing, terms, and quality with vendors; ensure materials meet specifications.
  • Act as primary liaison for printers: resolve order issues by collaborating with them and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sourcing or buying experience with vendor management and supplier coordination.
  • 2+ years of order processing or order management experience handling operational workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, multi-step processes.
