Sourcing and Order Specialist China (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement for custom apparel: create and release purchase orders, coordinate with manufacturers, and track production.
• Negotiate and confirm pricing, terms, and quality with vendors; ensure materials meet specifications.
• Act as primary liaison for printers: resolve order issues and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements:

• At least 1.5+ years of sourcing or buying experience with vendor management and negotiations.
• At least 1.5+ years of order processing or order management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume processes with accuracy.

Location and Working Hours:

• Work from home / remote, based in China or with China Standard Time working hours (1 PM to 10 PM CST).
• Monday to Friday schedule with flexibility to adjust hours occasionally.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting monthly salary of $700 base plus $40 night shift allowance.
• Eligible for a 2-month paid Sabbatical after long-term commitment.
