- Generate apparel and promotional product quotes using the internal tool V4 Quoter.
- Validate all mandatory inputs including quantity, artwork, garment, print method, and delivery location.
- Check inventory availability and recommend suitable alternatives when required.
Timeline Management:
- Evaluate production feasibility for requested delivery dates.
- Determine whether Standard, Guaranteed, Expedited or Flash timelines can be supported.
- Validate production timelines based on print method, decoration method, and inventory availability.
Supplier & Printer Coordination:
- Contact printers for rush order feasibility and production confirmations.
- Coordinate with product suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery timelines.
- Share production details with the Order Processing team after order placement.
