Manager of User Training and Engagement

SmarterDx is seeking a Manager of User Training and Engagement to build our first formal client-facing training function. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable training experiences that empower hospital mid-revenue cycle teams, including CDI specialists, coders, and physician advisors, to confidently use our AI-powered clinical insight platform. You’ll accomplish this by creating the playbook for our internal teams to consistently deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for our current and future products. You’ll partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Clinical SMEs, Marketing, and Implementation to identify, prioritize, and close documentation and knowledge gaps. Build a structured, scalable client onboarding and training experience for healthcare end users. Define success metrics for user enablement and use learning data to improve training impact and product engagement.
