Job Description
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure — including lead qualification, product pitches, negotiations, and deal execution. Prospect into target accounts using outbound channels (cold emails, calls, LinkedIn, events). Research and map key industries, buyer personas, and market trends to identify ideal customer profiles. Build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline using CRM and sales engagement tools. Understand client pain points and business objectives to craft personalized, consultative sales pitches. Deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase the value and ROI of our SaaS solutions. Build trust with stakeholders at multiple levels, including C-suite executives. Work closely with Marketing for campaign alignment and content needs. Partner with Product to relay customer feedback and inform roadmap decisions. Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and account handoffs. Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies. Cultivate long-term partnerships that result in increased account value and customer advocacy.
