Responsibilities:

  • Perform system inspections including preventative maintenance and software updates.
  • Troubleshoot and repair Intuitive products within specified timeframes.
  • Complete administrative duties including spare parts inventory.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users and other Intuitive employees.
  • Conduct training sessions at training centers and hospitals.
  • Complete all administrative tasks in the required time frame.

Competency Requirements:

  • Proven track record of troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
