Responsibilities:
- Perform system inspections including preventative maintenance and software updates.
- Troubleshoot and repair Intuitive products within specified timeframes.
- Complete administrative duties including spare parts inventory.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users and other Intuitive employees.
- Conduct training sessions at training centers and hospitals.
- Complete all administrative tasks in the required time frame.
Competency Requirements:
- Proven track record of troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
