Job Description
The Technical Support Administrator is responsible for supporting the Global Service Delivery team with the operational functions of a full-service global organization. The successful candidate will have a very strong work ethic, is well organized, responsive, analytically skilled, a strategic thinker, detail oriented and quality minded.
This role involves assisting the Global Service Delivery leadership with projects and day to day team administration, including reporting, monitoring contingent workforce engineers, and investigating data anomalies. The candidate will also drive review and maintenance of Engineer data, facilitate the maintenance client data in SharePoint and Salesforce. Additional responsibilities involve managing on call schedules and documenting operational processes.
