Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Executive Search Leaders to support interim and retained healthcare searches
- Identify, engage, and screen top-tier candidates for leadership roles
- Deliver qualified candidates within 48 hours of search launch
Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
- Proactively source candidates using Jobscience, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and AI-driven tools
- Build and maintain continuous, specialty-aligned candidate pipelines
- Leverage creative sourcing strategies, competitor mapping, and referral generation to identify passive talent
Candidate Assessment & Relationship Management:
- Conduct in-depth screening interviews, evaluating both technical qualifications and leadership capabilities
- Assess candidate fit beyond the resume by identifying intangible strengths and alignment with client needs
- Maintain active engagement with candidates throughout the search process
