Interim Executive Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Executive Search Leaders to support interim and retained healthcare searches
• Identify, engage, and screen top-tier candidates for leadership roles
• Deliver qualified candidates within 48 hours of search launch

Sourcing & Pipeline Development:

• Proactively source candidates using Jobscience, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and AI-driven tools
• Build and maintain continuous, specialty-aligned candidate pipelines
• Leverage creative sourcing strategies, competitor mapping, and referral generation to identify passive talent

Candidate Assessment & Relationship Management:

• Conduct in-depth screening interviews, evaluating both technical qualifications and leadership capabilities
• Assess candidate fit beyond the resume by identifying intangible strengths and alignment with client needs
• Maintain active engagement with candidates throughout the search process
