Responsibilities:
- Create, refine, and execute procedures for TFDM software installations at sites and in lab environments
- Create AIMS tickets and status reports to track discrepancies, adaptations, and installation progress
- Collaborate with teammates, site personnel, and vendors to resolve installation and operational issues
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship required with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience, or equivalent combination
- Required Red Hat Linux, VMware, TCP/IP, and Ansible knowledge
Travel & Work Environment:
- 100% remote role with travel up to 75-100% to FAA facilities
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a cargo van
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and climb air traffic control tower stairs
