COTS Engineer

About the Opportunity:

• DMI, LLC is seeking a COTS System Engineer to join the team.
• You will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of critical IT systems and support enterprise-scale technical solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily maintenance of enterprise business applications across Windows and RHEL environments, including virtualized and AWS-hosted systems.
• Coordinate upgrades with multiple IT groups, monitor systems, and manage IT service delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues, document changes, review vulnerability scans, and ensure compliance with operational processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline with at least 5 years of IT and production engineering experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows with demonstrated knowledge of Linux, databases, networks, certificates, and system integration.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
