Job Description
As a Small Business (SMB) SDR at Bolt, you’ll be the first point of contact in our sales motion—introducing ecommerce and fintech merchants to the value of Bolt’s checkout and ecommerce platforms. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives to generate qualified pipeline, run personalized outreach campaigns, and uncover opportunities that drive growth. This is a high-energy, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on connecting with people, is eager to learn, and understands the fast-moving world of SaaS and ecommerce.
Identify and prospect small to mid-sized ecommerce and fintech merchants through outbound email, social selling, and cold calling. Qualify leads through discovery conversations and needs analysis to assess fit for Bolt’s checkout solutions. Collaborate closely with Small Business Account Executives to hand off warm opportunities and ensure a smooth buyer journey. Craft tailored messaging and outreach strategies for different merchant segments, verticals, and use cases.
