Job Description

Join our Field Services vertical as Sales Manager to make a real impact every day. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a Sales Team dedicated to meeting and exceeding sales pipeline. Such responsibilities will include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; setting goals; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Provide hands-on training to the Sales team (live training, role playing, call monitoring and joint selling). Coach, mentor, and develop sales team members through regular feedback, tailored growth plans, and skill-building, driving higher performance, retention, and a strong pipeline of future leaders. Drive disciplined pipeline management by implementing rigorous forecasting practices, ensuring consistent lead qualification, and maintaining visibility into each stage of the sales cycle to maximize conversion rates and revenue predictability. Demonstrate exceptional leadership by setting a high bar for accountability, driving relentless execution, and inspiring the team to surpass goals through strategic vision, hands-on coaching, and a culture of excellence.
