Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-complaint counseling and issue Notices of Rights and Responsibilities.
  • Conduct impartial investigations and prepare Reports of Investigation (ROI).
  • Assist with MD-715 reporting and affirmative employment initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have current EEO Counselor and/or EEO Investigator certification(s).
  • Federal-sector EEO experience and knowledge of EEOC regulations (29 C.F.R. Part 1614, MD-110, MD-715).
  • Excellent legal, analytical, and technical writing skills.

Compensation & Work Schedule:

  • Contract/1099 opportunities available.
  • Remote work with flexible schedule.
  • Paid per assignment or project, depending on client requirements.
