Responsibilities:
- Delivery Management: Lead the formation and orchestration of post-sale strategy and execution for large strategic clients, ensuring clear understanding of business needs and effective scoping of deliverables against requirements.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for all client service delivery needs, maintaining strong relationships with executive and operating leadership to enhance client engagement and experience.
Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years in software or service delivery execution, with 5+ years leading enterprise-wide SaaS platform deployments covering both operational and technical aspects.
- Excellent communication with executive stakeholders, strong program management skills, and ability to influence cross-functionally and build relationships at Fortune 1000 companies.
Work Arrangement and Travel:
- Hybrid role requiring at least 2 days per week in a local office for those near US hubs (Austin, NY, San Francisco, Arlington), with up to 25% travel for client engagements.
- Fully remote option for candidates not near hubs, requiring up to 50% travel for client engagements and internal purposes, open to candidates across the US.
